Established in 2005 and headquartered at Khor Al Zubair in Basra, Al Yamama Engineering is one of Iraq’s larger contracting firms, with representative offices in the United Arab Emirates. It delivers civil and marine works, piling and foundations, buildings, pipelines and tank fabrication, and operates its own plants for precast concrete, asphalt, concrete batching, water treatment and bottling. Recent work includes the construction of oil-products berths 11A and 42 at Khor Al Zubair Port.
